Conveyance Fee: $3.00 per thousand (Sale Price x.003)

Transfer Fee: $.50 per parcel

There is also a $50.00 split fee that is required for every split. You may contact the Morgan County Engineer’s Office for more information on the split fee at 740-962-3171

All signatures need to be legible on every document. If the signature is not legible, we ask that the name be printed below the signature.
